Planning your catering

How far ahead should I request catering?

Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice. Send your inquiry early so Raymond can confirm the menu and availability for your event.

Can I request something beyond the listed platters?

Yes. Tell us what you have in mind, your guest count and budget. Raymond will work through the options with you before anything is confirmed.

Is catering available for pickup or delivery?

Both are options. Pickup is at 197 Parker Street, Lawrence, MA 01843. Share your delivery address and preferred time so Raymond can confirm availability and any delivery fee.

Does submitting the form place my order?

No. The form starts a conversation. Your order is confirmed after you and Raymond agree on the food, quantities, final price and timing.

How do I choose portions for my group?
